New Production in coproduction with Royal Opera House, Coven Garden, London
In 2016 the La Scala Theatre will be presenting a new production at the same time as a tour abroad. This will be The Turn of the Screw by Benjamin Britten, which will see a La Scala debut for the Danish director (and artistic director of the ROH Covent Garden) Kasper Holten. The prestige of the musical side is ensured by the presence of Christoph Eschenbach on the podium and Ian Bostridge and Miah Persson protagonists. Bostridge thus appears in a scenic role at La Scala after the great success of his singing concerts.
