Description

European premiere of the opera Antony and Cleopatra by composer John Adams, who himself conducts the Symphony Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

Resumption of the production by director Elkhanah Pulitzer, given in September 2022 during the world premiere of the work at the San Francisco Opera (co-producer of the work with the Gran Teatre del Liceu which hosts this European creation and the Metropolitan Opera in New York).
