"The composer Othman Louati and the director Johanny Bert embark on the rediscovery of the film Wings of Desire during a lyrical show: a highly poetic visual and sound performance, which combines puppets, electronic music, instrumental and choral ensemble .

In the heart of divided Berlin before the fall of the wall, filmmaker Wim Wenders takes us on a nostalgic peregrination through the eyes of two angels, Damiel and Cassiel, who come to listen to the inner voices of the lonely and distraught inhabitants. Othman Louati and Johanny Bert, in the company of the author Gwendoline Soublin, take on this already very operatic material, to imagine a new, immersive and plural genre, combining the art of puppetry and musical art. A way for the lyrical creation company Miroirs Étendus to theatrically revisit an essential page of cinema and to tackle lyrical canons to confront them with the challenges of other arts."
